Approached by a long tree lined drive Barton Broads is a peaceful, tranquil residential park within a beautiful setting. Situated on the southside of the Humber Estuary the park comprises of eighteen acres, eight of which are devoted to an extremely well stocked coarse fishing lake, ideal for the serious or leisure angler.

The remaining ten acres are the stunning setting for a variety of styles of home. Adjacent to the park is the Waters Edge nature reserve, it has been beautifully landscaped and is enjoyed by walkers, nature lovers and birdwatchers.

Location

The town of Barton-Upon-Humber itself is just a short walk away and visitors will find many attractive and interesting shops as well as numerous historical buildings and interesting town walks. The city of York can be accessed easily by rail, car or bus. The park is the ideal centre from which to explore the sites and beautiful countryside of Lincolnshire and the Yorkshire Wolds and the East Coast with it’s many attractions is just a short drive away.
